Billing Information

Methodist Center for Integrative Medicine operates as a self-pay clinic. Payment is expected at time of service. If you have any questions, please talk to office staff prior to your appointment. Integrative services are generally non-covered by insurance plans, but you can check with your insurance prior to your visit. Regardless, our office does not bill your insurance. If you would like to submit a claim, it is your responsibility. The doctor may order additional labs or specialized diagnostic testing, which might or might not be covered by your insurance. We are not a participating provider in Medicaid or Medicare.

Costs of Visits:

• Initial Consult (charges will be at physician discretion, according to complexity)
  • Level 1- $200
  • Level 2- $350*
  • Level 3- $500
• Follow-up visits (approximate times)
  • Level 1 (15 min) - $100
  • Level 2 (30 min)- $175*
  • Level 3 (45 min)- $250*
  • Level 4 (60 min)- $300*
  • Level 5 (75+ min)- $350
