Driving Directions

Take War Memorial Drive (US 150) north through Peoria. At Allen Road/Charter Oak intersection, turn right onto Allen Road. Follow Allen Road for approximately 2.8 miles. Praire Pointe Shopping Center will be on right hand side. Turn right onto access drive and then right into parking lot. Suite J is Center for Integrative Medicine.  Click here for a map.

Insurance & Payment

We do not bill insurance, including medicaid or medicare.  Payment is expected at the time of service.  There will be a $25 cancellation fee for no-shows.  For your convenience we accept personal check, cash, Mastercard, Visa and Discover.

Cancellation Policy

Please be courteous, and provide 24 hours notice for all cancelled appointments. This helps ensure that we can meet the needs of all of our patients. If 24-hour notice is not given you may be charged a fee to cover the physician and staff time allotted for your appointment. If you no-show three appointments per year, you may be dismissed from the practice.

Late Appointments

We make every attempt to stay on schedule. Patients arriving late for appointments further delay time scheduled for others. If you are late for your appointment by more than 15 minutes, you have missed your appointment. We will attempt to reschedule you for the next available appointment. Individuals who are repeatedly late to appointments may be dismissed from the practice. Please call us if you are running late so that we are able to accommodate others who need to be seen in the clinic.

Prescription Refills

We would like to provide you with prescription refills as quickly as possible. Our office receives many calls from patients and pharmacies on a daily basis for refills. While we try to handle those as soon as we receive them, our primary responsibility is to ensure patients scheduled for an appointment in the office are seen in a timely manner.

Please call your pharmacy first for prescription refills rather than contacting the office. This helps the pharmacy to identify your prescription number. It helps us do ensure that you are indeed taking what we have prescribed and will clarify dosages and decrease the chances for medical errors.

Phone Calls

Our staff will make every effort to return your phone call within 24 hours. Please understand that our nurses are assisting the physician with scheduled patients; therefore it may take time to assess your situation and talk to the physician before returning your call.

Call coverage is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you have an urgent medical concern and our office is not open, please call (309) 677-6070 and the operator will get in touch with the doctor on call.

If you are sick and need to be seen the same day, please make every effort to call between 8:30 am and 10:00 am so that we may get you the earliest appointment possible.

If the illness or injury is life threatening, please go directly to the emergency room or call 911.

Online Appointment Requests

We welcome new patients! We accept patients by scheduled appointment only, no walk-ins.

If you are signed up with MyMethodist eHealth, please sign in and send us an appointment request.  The requested appointment time must be at least 48 hours from now. If you need to see a doctor sooner than that, please call us directly. For more immediate needs, you can also visit a Methodist MedPointe . They welcome walk-ins and are open evenings and weekends.
