Dr. Young is a graduate of Hunter College, CUNY and Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. She is board-certified in internal medicine and has additional training in integrative and functional medicine. She completed a two-year integrative medicine fellowship at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine, University of Arizona, Tuscon - studying with Dr. Andrew Weil, a pioneer in the field of integrative medicine. She emphasizes a holistic approach to healthcare through lifestyle, nutrition and stress management with a focus on restoring balance within each person to achieve optimal health and wellness.
